Welcome to Bengal Townships home on the web
Located in central Michigan between the communities of St. Johns and Fowler, we are a rural township comprised mostly of farmland. Major crops include corn, soybeans, wheat, and mint (Clinton County is the third largest mint-producer in the United States). Several family-owed dairy farms and commercial enterprises also make their home here.
The township hall is located at the corner of Townsend and Francis Roads, the geographic center of the Township. The 1840 structure hosts elections and monthly board meetings.
